Upon the acceptance of the implementation based on the applications and design document and deliverables, Street and Company provides acceptance testing with key personnel to ensure satisfaction with the system implementation. Any concerns will be documented and addressed at this time. The acceptance testing ensures the Street and Company team is designed to meet the following objectives:
• Verify All Hardware Is Installed & Operational, All Cables Tie-Wrapped & Marked, & Area Cleaned
• Verify All Software Is Installed, Operational, & of Current Issue
• Verify All Required Documentation Is Present (End User & Administrator Manuals Are Provided in Both Hard Copy & Electronic Form)
• Ensure All Training Criteria Have Been Met to Customer Satisfaction
Audiovisual Systems Training
We provide complete systems training on all equipment installed from the end-users perspective. The Street and Company training program is designed to provide end-user personnel with a working knowledge of the audiovisual integrated room and an in-depth knowledge of its operation and usage. Much of the course time involves hands-on usage by the participants. Training varies in scope from a few hours to two full days on site.
Ongoing Technology Support
Street and Company is committed to our clients, and this means being available for their ongoing support, training, and service requests. We have a number of packages available from remote-managed solutions through a secure AV server portal to on-site service contracts and equipment maintenance.
